What helps us give you a useful answer

You do not need to prepare anything. But if you want the first reply to be worth reading, three things make a large difference:

• Your website address, so we can look before we answer.
• What you would like more of. Inquiries, better-fit clients, less time spent on marketing, or simply knowing whether what you are paying for now is working.
• What you have already tried, and roughly what it cost. It saves us recommending something you have already found does not work.

If you have a proposal from another provider and you want an outside read on it, send that too. We will tell you what we would ask before signing, including when the honest answer is that the other provider is the right call.

What happens when I book a free audit?

You pick a time. We look at your website, search visibility, and analytics beforehand, then tell you what we found and what we would do first. You keep the findings whether or not you work with us.

What time zone are you in and when can we talk?

Philippine Standard Time, which overlaps with US evenings. The booking page shows times in your own time zone, and every client gets a defined window for real-time contact.

How quickly do you reply to email?

Within one business day, usually sooner. Allan answers email himself.
