Who we are
A US-facing consultancy, delivered from the Philippines.
ADPH Consulting builds and runs the websites, search visibility, and marketing operations for businesses in the United States. The work is done from Tuguegarao City in the northern Philippines. We lead with that rather than bury it, because it is the reason our pricing works and because you would find out anyway.
The person doing the work
Allan Diel Caranguian, SEO Specialist
I have worked in search, content, and websites since 2017, across freelance work, agency roles, and in-house marketing teams serving US companies. ADPH is the consultancy I started to do that work properly: end to end, for a small number of clients, without handing over a strategy and disappearing.
The pattern I kept running into was the same one this whole business is built around. Companies with a clear enough idea of what their marketing should be doing, and nobody actually doing it. The plan was rarely the problem. The shipping was.
You can find me on LinkedIn, where I write about the same things I write about here, and I answer email myself at adphconsulting@gmail.com.
The offshore question
Why the work happens 8,000 miles from you
Offshore delivery has a reputation problem, most of it earned by staffing firms selling headcount by the hour with no accountability attached. It is worth separating the model from the way it is usually sold.
The cost difference is structural, not a discount. Cost of living in the Philippines is a fraction of the US, so the same standard of living costs far less, which is why a budget that buys you a few hours a month from a US agency buys a working system here. It is not a signal about capability, and treating it as one is how businesses end up paying several times the price for the same work.
The real risk in a distant arrangement is not quality. It is visibility: not being able to see what is happening, and finding out late when something has gone wrong. That is a structural problem with a structural fix, and we build the fix into every engagement:
- You own every account. Analytics, Search Console, hosting, domain, all created in your name. If you ended things tomorrow you would still have everything.
- We sell outputs, not hours. The monthly scope is a list of things that will exist by month end. You can verify it by looking at your own website.
- A written update every week on a fixed day. What shipped, what is in progress, what is waiting on you.
- One named person accountable. Not a pool, not a shared inbox.
- A defined overlap window for real-time contact. Philippine hours overlap US evenings, so work handed over at the end of your day is usually waiting when you start.
We wrote the longer version of this, including the parts that go wrong, in how to work with an offshore marketing partner without losing control.
Background
Where the experience comes from
Before ADPH, the work was for US and international companies in marketing, search, and content roles, including Virtudesk, Wing Assistant, 5 Borough Communications, StarTechUp, and Near. That is where the understanding of US buyers came from, and it is why the offshore framing here is about how to work together rather than an apology.
ADPH works with nonprofits, professional service firms, real estate agents, and growing businesses. What they have in common is not industry. It is that they know roughly what needs to happen and do not have anyone to do it.
How we think
What you can expect us to say
We will tell you when search is not your best investment. Some businesses run almost entirely on referral, and pouring money into visibility for them is answering a question nobody asked.
We will give you timelines later than you want to hear. Technical fixes show within weeks; search visibility takes a quarter for early signals and six to nine months for meaningful inquiry volume in a competitive market. Anyone promising faster is describing an outcome they do not control.
And we will not guarantee rankings, because nobody can. The honest version of this work is less exciting than the sales version, and it is the reason our clients stay.
